Yoon Tuk takes home XGA April Ace honors

Yoon Jae Tuk came away as the X-clusive Golfers Association’s April Ace of the Month winner after the conclusion of the club’s event held at the Coral Ocean Point Golf Resort last May 5.
Tuk actually finished in third place behind February Ace Mike Sablan and March qualifier Kisoo Kim and was awarded the plum by default. J.J. Cabrera won the January Ace event.
Sablan scratched a 42 on the front and finished the back nine with a 21 for a raw total of 83 that adjusted to a field low 68 net score.
Kim also started out with a 42 and finished strong after the turn with a 38 for an even gross card of 80 which worked into a 70 net tally for runner up honors.
Tuk shot a 43 on the front nine and pulled into the club house with a 42 for an 85 gross score and settled for a 71 net count, which earned him passage into the year-end Ace of Aces tournament.
He was also declared closest to the pin winner in hole No. 14 along with Kim in hole No. 12, Ralph Yumul in hole No. 3, and Mr. Ahn in hole No. 7.
A total of 15 players participated in the event.
XGA’s May event is still pending and may be pushed back to early June.
