Xerox Corp. Saipan celebrated 38 years of operation on Saipan and 48 years in Guam on Tuesday, May 20, with an open house at their office in Garapan.

The open house was held to showcase Xerox’s newly renovated office and provide businesses and customers with updates on their products and services.

Pamela Quinata, Xerox Guam and Micronesia general manager, said: “I am very pleased to be here and wish to stay on Saipan longer because the people here are great and would like to thank our customers for their support and services.”

Aside from Quinata, Xerox Hawaii’s office solutions specialist David Ariyoshi also attended the special occasion.

Guests on Tuesday were given the opportunity to shoot pictures and get them printed right away with the assistance of Xerox Saipan senior customer service engineer Mark James.

Xerox Saipan’s service and solutions executive Nola Hix said she is proud of the company’s track record of doing business in the CNMI for over 38 years.

“We thank all our customers for their continued support. We show our support through our presence in the community and commitment to several non-profit organizations,” Hix said.

Hix noted that Xerox is the world’s leader in document and business process management.

“Technology creates a change and we want to be sure you can experience the latest and greatest products for an efficient office environment,” Hix said.

“We value our customers’ satisfaction since it is the basis of our success so we hope to share these successes in the CNMI for many years to come,” she added.
