CNMI Women’s Association is continuing its support of women by featuring women-owned and co-owned businesses at its Entrepreneur Vendors Spot-Outside Market.
CWA said the street/outside market held every Wednesday is convenient for the community on Capitol Hill because it’s literally a short drive from their homes and it’s also relatively close to residents up north.
Office workers near the area can also easily use their lunch breaks to grab a quick bite to eat at the CWA Entrepreneur Vendors Spot-Outside Market. More importantly, the weekly market helps in empowering women in the CNMI.

Currently, women-owned and co-owned businesses with stalls at the site include Kets Kitchen, Jenny’s Kitchen, Maya’s Kitchen, Lemonada Girls, and Cristianos Kitchen.
Kets Kitchen is famous for its Thai/local dishes like Pad Thai and lemongrass basil seafood, while Jenny’s Kitchen sells chicken kelaguen, red rice, and fried chicken. Maya’s Kitchen is the go-to place for Filipino dishes like dinuguan and pancit, while Lemonada Girls hawks lemonade. Cristianos Kitchen is known for its tacos and pork bowls.
“We are inviting all our neighbors up here in Capitol Hill to join us as we kick off this year with new opportunities for our women entrepreneurs to better sustain themselves and to become a part of CWA’s initiative to empower women for leadership as guardians of our guinaha (assets) and to foster konfiansia (self-confidence) for our women to maximize their potential to positively impact our families and the CNMI community,” said CWA.
The Entrepreneur Vendors Spot-Outside Market is held every Wednesday, from 11am to 2:30pm, at the CWA Women’s Center on Capitol Hill. It is building No. 1223 right across the Medicaid Office, next to the Bridge Capital LLC Bust Stop.
