Wiseman denies Quichocho’s bid to stop Inos from implementing casino law

Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman issued today, Thursday, an order denying attorney Ramon K. Quichocho’s motion for preliminary injunction that seeks to prevent Gov. Eloy S. Inos and the CNMI government from performing any rights and/or obligations under the casino law pending the resolution of his lawsuit.

In a two-page order, Wiseman said a more detailed decision shall be forthcoming.
