Where not to go for holiday shopping

There are certainly many places here on the island that is great to go for your holiday shopping. We can go to one of the finest locally owned business such as Joeten, either at Susupe or the Hafadai Shopping Center in Garapan, orthe 670 Rock Steady Shop at their new location in Gualo Rai, and so forth. It’s nice to know that most of the places both you and I know offer fantastic holiday discounts and some free giveaways.
The thing is, not all places can offer much to its valued customers. I’m not trying to mention any in particular but apparently this place is well-known to many youths and adults alike. I guess it is because of the variety it has to offer. It has that but certainly lacks the quality it truly deserves to show to its customers. I also believe it’s because it’s the closest thing to a mall here on Saipan.
My concern is because most of the products I’ve purchased from there as well as many others who can back me up with this have bought items that have cracks, stains, a missing piece, color fading, open packaging, etc. Its reputation to the locals as well as the tourist is indeed in a positive way. The only thing is when you ask about the item you recently bought, they tend to forget about you being one of the valued customers and say no refund. Okay? Coming to this place in the last several days has made me discover more defects inside. Why? I’ve talked to the manager and got the answer: “Sorry, no refund but I’ll fix the problem right away.” I’ve decided to check up and apparently no changes whatsoever. Huh? I guess the only truthful thing is their company motto: “Let’s take all their money before they leave.” (I’m not making this up.) I just hope they have some heart to at least take a look at the item I bought before refusing a refund or exchange.
