Water service interruptions this week

There will be a scheduled water service interruption for the areas of San Roque, Achugao and Tanapag on Wednesday, Jan. 29, from 8am to 4pm, due to a leak on a 4-inch gate valve located on Chalan Arnold Road north of Pau Pau Beach in San Roque.
Meanwhile, there will be a scheduled water service interruption on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020 from 8am to 4pm for portions of Lower Dandan and As Lito, specifically for customers along Shell Dandan to Happy Market in As Lito and customers behind the Joeten Dandan Building.
The purpose of the scheduled water interruption is to allow CUC’s water operations personnel to perform repairs on a damaged 8-inch mainline located on Chalan Monsignor Martinez near Saipan Travel Inc. in Lower Dandan. Customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of water services soon tafter.
Water operations personnel of the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. will be making the necessary repairs and customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of water service soon after. Motorists are also advised to proceed with caution when traveling through the area.
Motorists are advised to proceed with caution or to take an alternative route when traveling through the area as the northbound lane will be closed.
