WAP program is now accepting applicants
The Department of Public Works’ Energy Division, Weatherization Assistance Program for low income residents on Saipan, Tinian and Rota is now accepting applications on a first come, first serve basis.
This program is designed to assist and encourage homeowners to take efficient measures through the retrofitting and replacement of inefficient lightings and home appliances with qualified Energy Efficient – Energy Star® rated lightings and appliances to reduce high energy bills.
Individuals wishing to avail of this program may obtain an application for service at the Energy Division on Capitol Hill building No. 1337 on Saipan. For Tinian and Rota, applicants can pick up applications at the Tinian, or Rota Mayor’s Office or you may download applications from our website at www.cnmienergy.com.
