Crime Stoppers is asking for the community’s assistance in finding Daniel Ryan Stafford who is responsible for stealing over $30,000 in cash from a local casino.
Police are also looking for Redge May Ordona Dampil. Dampil is believed to be Stafford’s girlfriend. Her last know employer was Imperial Pacific and police believe she may be harboring Stafford, or have information regarding his whereabouts. If Dampil or any one is harboring Stafford they will be arrested and criminally charged.
Police have been searching for Stafford since Dec. 1. At that time, police responded to “Club 88” mini casino located at the Oceanview Hotel in Garapan for a theft case. According to the victim, the vault which should have contained $32,203 was left with just $1,900. Stafford was the club’s manager at the time and the only person with access to the clubs vault.
Last Dec. 7, Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo signed an arrest warrant for Stafford for the charges of theft with a bail amount of $50,000.
