The Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help in locating Ronald Jr. Leon Guerrero Ealey, who is wanted for an alleged theft incident that occurred at a tire shop in Kagman.

On Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020, at about 3:08pm, police responded to a theft incident that was reported at the Sun Star tire shop in Kagman. A tire shop employee told police that a local male, later identified as Ealey, had gone to the tire shop on two separate occasions earlier in the day. The tire shop’s hydraulic jack went missing soon after Ealey’s second visit. Upon reviewing the surveillance camera, it showed Ealey turning the camera to a different angle, but another camera captured him carrying the hydraulic jack to his vehicle before fleeing the scene.

On Friday, October 23, 2020, at about 2:30pm, Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio issued an arrest warrant for Ealey for the charge of theft, with bail set at $5,000.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ealey should contact the Criminal Bureau of Investigation at 664-9064 or 911. If you wish to remain anonymous, call the CNMI Crime Stoppers hotline at 234-7272. (PR)
