Manuela “Leila” Johnson Guerrero

On Feb. 26, 2020, at about 3:29pm, Superior Court Associate Judge Theresa Kim-Tenorio signed and issued an arrest warrant for Manuela Johnson Guerrero for the charges of theft, with a bail amount set at $15,000.

Guerrero is known to frequent Garapan, and poker establishments around the island. During the morning hours of Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, police located and attempted to arrest Guerrero at a motel in Garapan, but she scaled off a third-floor balcony before police were able to make contact.

If Manuela “Leila” Johnson Guerrero is sighted do no approach, dial 911 immediately, or if you wish to remain anonymous, call the CNMI Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272. Crime Stoppers pays up to $1,000 for any information leading to an arrest. (PR)
