The Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help in locating Juan D. Tydingco, who is wanted for failure to appear in court for the charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding, and reckless driving.

An arrest warrant for Tydingco has been issued by the court with bail set at $1,000 for a bench warrant and $10,000 for other charges.

Officers have attempted to serve Tydingco with the warrants on numerous occasions but the suspect continues to show no regard for public safety, pedestrians, and other vehicles. Officers were forced to refrain from continuing the pursuits as the suspect continued to drive into high traffic areas while children and pedestrians were present.
