Hyatt Regency Saipan welcomes its new Event sales assistant manager Vivian Taitano to handle hotel banquet sales and events. She joined the Sales & Marketing team last week and is ready to take on new challenges and to be hands-on in planning and on site execution of small and large events.

Taitano is no stranger to Hyatt. She initially joined Hyatt Regency Saipan in 1995 as an administrative assistant and later became the executive secretary. In 2000, she advanced her career to be the Banquet sales manager until she transferred to Housekeeping in 2010 as the executive housekeeper.

In 2013, she branched out to Pacific Islands Club and took on roles as Banquet manager and Executive housekeeper. From 2019 to 2023, Vivian was offered a career opportunity with Veterans Affairs as program coordinator and CNMI Bureau of Military Affairs as contracting specialist, respectively.

She is now back to her first home Hyatt Regency Saipan and not shy in putting into good use all that she has learned in the years that she was away. “It is great to be back! Part of it is that I treat Hyatt as my home. I am glad to see old and new faces working at the Hyatt,” Taitano said.

For inquiries about Banquet Sales and Events, call Vivian at (670)234-1234 loc. 5858 or got to saipan.regecny.hyatt.com. (PR)
