Veteran Pre-Retirement Seminar on Saturday

The 9th Mission Support Command, a United States Army Reserve is holding a Pre-Retirement Seminar on Aug. 4, from 8am to 12pm at the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Puerto Rico.

Soldiers with 15 years of service or more, Retired Reserve Soldiers, Gray Area Retirees (who are less than 60 years of age), and their family members are invited to attend.

The seminar is intended to provide information and answer inquiries from veterans who reside in the CNMI.

Important topics to be discussed include Reserve Benefit Plan (RCSBP), Survivor’s Benefit Plan (SBP), Veteran’s Affairs- VA benefits, education, loans and disability, Tricare, Tricare dental, and Retired pay.

The 9th Mission Support Command consists of approximately 3,500 Army Reserve Soldiers and 160 civilians throughout the Pacific, including Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Japan, Korea, Guam, and Saipan.
