USP4GG to distribute relief goods on Saturday
In a continuing effort to provide assistance and support to those affected by Typhoon Soudelor that devastated Saipan a month ago, there will be a distribution of relief goods on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, from 6am to 9am in front of the Liberty Department Store, Beach Road, Garapan, said Dr. Celia Lamkin, chairperson of the U.S. Pinoys for Good Governance Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Hawaii and American Samoa.
The members and volunteers of the USPGG Marianas chapter will be distributing 150 bags of relief goods consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, rice, cooking oil, and canned goods on a first come, first served basis. All members of the Saipan community regardless of ethnicity, nationality, religion and citizenship are welcome.
