USCIS issues webinar invitation to CNMI employers
CW-1: Eligibility, petition process, and the semiannual reporting requirement
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites employers of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Transitional Workers (CW-1) and other interested parties to participate in a webinar on Thursday, April 20, 9:30am to 10:15am, Chamorro Standard Time. During this webinar, USCIS representatives will provide information about eligibility for CW-1 employers and employees, the petition process, and review the CW-1 semiannual reporting requirements, as filed on the Form I-129CWR, Semiannual Report for CW-1 Employers.
To register:
1. Visit our registration page.
2. You will be asked to provide your email address and select “Submit.”
3. On the next screen, you will see a notification that you successfully subscribed to this event.
Once we process your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details. If you have any questions, or if you have not received a confirmation email within three business days, email public.engagement@uscis.dhs.gov.
