US and CNMI flags lowered to half-staff

As a mark of respect for the life and service of Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, of Maryland, President Donald J. Trump ordered that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff at all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the federal government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its territories and possessions until sunset, Oct. 18, 2019.

In compliance with this, acting governor Arnold I. Palacios also ordered that the flag of the Commonwealth be flown at half-staff for the same period of time until sunset, Oct. 18, 2019. (PR)
