Urgency to act on CW program

I assume that U.S. Labor Secretary Thomas Perez is fully aware about the urgency to grant an extension on the Commonwealth-only worker program beyond Dec. 31, 2014, so why is he not doing it yet? Again and again, we cannot over-emphasize the impact of delaying the announcement. It creates an uncertainty not only to the guest workers but also to their family here and back home.

Please stop putting the guest workers under this very stressful situation. They do not at all deserve this.
