UOG to celebrate Charter Day on March 11

The University of Guam will celebrate its 46th Charter Day on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at the UOG campus. Opening ceremonies begin at 9am and activities run throughout the day until 5pm.
UOG Charter Day showcases a multitude of activities and events including campus tours, the Annual College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Research Conference, which features over 60 different presentations, the CHamoru Language Competition, agricultural displays, ROTC tactical demonstrations, Chemistry Titration High School Competition, Isla Center for the Arts exhibit, entertainment, food, games, and activities for all ages.

This year, Charter Day also features the finals of the President’s Cup Competition where students, alumni, and UOG employees compete in nine different events including basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, dodgeball, and more.
