Based on information received from the National Weather Service in Tiyan, Guam, and compiled at the CNMI Homeland Security And Emergency Management, trade-wind disturbances will maintain an unsettled weather pattern through Wednesday night.

Combined seas of 5 to 7 feet will fall to between 4 and 5 feet today, Tuesday, and tomorrow, Wednesday. Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through Saturday.

A high surf advisory remains in effect until 10am today, Tuesday, along north facing reefs. Expect hazardous surf at 7 to 9 feet along north facing reefs to fall below hazardous levels this morning.

The public is being advised to avoid venturing near exposed reefs and beaches, especially those along north facing reefs as rip currents will be life threatening. (HSEM)
