United welcomes Guam customers to new ticket office

GUAM—United Airlines welcomed customers to its new city ticket office in Tiyan, Guam. The new office opened its doors yesterday, Feb. 13, 2017.

“United is delighted to welcome Guam customers to its new city ticket office in Tiyan,” said Sam Shinohara, United’s managing director of Operations Asia/Pacific. “As Guam’s hometown airline, we continue to invest in this important market to provide Guam customers with a higher level of customer experience.”

Paula Monk, United’s senior manager of Sales Guam/Micronesia, said, “Our dedicated team is looking forward to helping customers with their travel needs at the new office. Our office is conveniently located near the A.B. Won Pat International Airport and has a modern, aviation-inspired design. We would like to invite customers to visit us here.”

The new ticket office is located at the United offices at 523 Chalan Pasaheru, Tiyan. The ticket office is open 9:30am-6pm Monday through Friday and 9am-2pm Saturday. (United)
