The United Filipino Organization will be holding its traditional Paskong Pinoy (Filipino Christmas) on Sunday, Dec. 20, from 10am to 9pm at the Marianas Business Plaza grounds in Susupe.

The event has been held annually since UFO was formed in 1997. The group will be holding a meeting today to finalize the details of the annual event.

UFO president Bong Malasarte said the event is open to all who want to join them in celebrating the holiday season.

The UFO has lined up various activities, contests, and entertainment numbers for the crowd to enjoy in the event co-sponsored by IT&E and LBC.

Kids will get the chance to participate in different games, Christmas art making contest, and gift-giving.

The Christmas singing competition starts at 2pm with the choral, solo, and battle of the bands. Entries for the Christmas lantern-making contest will also be judged on the same day.

The announcement of all the winners will be done after the battle of the bands.

The Deal or No Deal game show will serve as the highlight of Paskong Pinoy, where one lucky participant will have a chance to win $2,000.
