Tudela wins 2020 Gold’s Gym International Challenge

Less than a week after ruling the Gold’s Gym Saipan Challenge, Patrick Tudela Jr. came out victorious anew after winning the 2020 Gold’s Gym International Challenge.

Tudela prevailed in the roster of winners of the transformation challenge among Gold’s Gym’s franchises, which are spread across the world. He defeated Russia’s Denis Batakov, Mexico’s Paddy Rivas, and Australian’s Steven Cooks.

“As mentioned, Gold’s Gym Saipan’s overall winners (male/female) were submitted to the 2020 Gold’s Gym International Challenge. This is the first time they have run the International component to the challenge and the results are out. We are so proud,” Gold’s Gym general manager Tyce Mister said.

Tudela was among the 49 individuals who participated in the Gold’s Gym Saipan Challenge, a 12-week transformation journey and finished on top of the 26 who completed the challenge. He led the group which lost over 315 lbs Participants averaged 12.2 lbs per person loss and 11.5 lbs of that was fat body mass. The group’s estimated decrease in percentage body fat averaged a 4.2% drop.

Meanwhile, in the women’s division, Gold’s Gym Saipan Challenge champion Venue Raguine was ranked third in the international category. The Netherland’s Liduina Verbeek and Russia’s Victoria Korobochka took the first and second place honors, while Mexico’s Angelica Gonzales placed fourth. (Saipan Tribune)
