Triple J Saipan continues its platinum sponsor status in this year’s 23rd Annual Charity Golf Classic.

As a hole-in-one highlight for this year, Triple J Motors donated a 2019 CX-5 Sport valued at $23,995. In addition, Triple J Wholesale Foods, Hertz Rent-A-Car, Tony Roma’s, Capricciosa, Bubba Gump, Surf Club, and Great Harvest have also donated nearly $2,000 worth of in-kind donations.

The donation from Triple J Saipan will aid this year’s beneficiaries: Make-A-Wish Foundation of Guam and CNMI, 500 Sails, NMI Rollers Basketball Association, Isla Montessori School, and 4H Marianas.

In a statement attributed to Robert H. Jones, chairman and chief executive officer of Triple J Enterprises, Inc., it says that Hyatt Regency Saipan has been a long-time partner of Triple J Saipan, Inc.

“We are privileged to once again support mission behind the tournament—to make a difference in the lives of those within our island community. We rest assured the dollars generated from the 23rd Annual Charity Golf Classic will directly benefit those in need. As a community member on island for over 30 years, we take every opportunity to work alongside those who share in the same values of commitment, integrity and especially customer satisfaction,” the statement adds.

Jay Santos, Five Star Wholesale Foods and Triple J Truckload Store general manager, said that Hyatt Regency Saipan “always hosts an amazing golf tournament, one that we look forward to supporting every year. Triple J Saipan, Inc. is super excited to have Nathan’s Hotdog tent at hole No. 10 and to serve bread from Great Harvest Bread Co. bSaipan sampled by golfers at registration. For those who make it to the poolside banquet dinner, which I personally recommend, they will have the opportunity to enjoy our Certified Angus Beef cuts – the very best, juicy and packed with flavor. I encourage golfers to register, proceeds will benefit our island community in more than one way.”

Ty Pauling, the Food and Beverage director at Hyatt, reiterated the long-term business partnership of Triple J Saipan and Hyatt Regency Saipan.

“The extended support we receive from Triple J for our annual tournament is immeasurable. Triple J Saipan shares in our mission to care for those within our community,” he said. “Triple J has consistently delivered great hole-in-one prizes and provided the highest quality food- stuffs to our players on the course, and, at our poolside awards banquet.” (PR)
