Trench Warz tentative fight card out

Trench Tech promoter Cuki Alvarez has released a tentative list of the fight card for Trench Warz 19: No Turning Back set on Nov. 27, Friday, at the Royal Taga Hall of the Saipan World Resort.

Alvarez said the entire fight card is subject to change as Mike Sanchez (200 lbs) and Jered Melon (175 lbs) are on stand by and could get a shot if an opponent comes up.

Guam’s Ryan “The Predator” Toves of Team High Blood Pressure will be headlining the main event where he will go up either against Saipan’s “Shiska” Bob Alvarez of Spike22/TrenchTech or Eric “Gatty” Gatmen of Guam Muay Thai in a 155-lb bout.

Toves has won two of his last fights after dropping the first three. He is coming off a first-round triumph over CNMI’s Vince “Vinsanity” Pua (2-3, 2 knockouts) by submission in last year’s Trench Warz 17: Road to Glory.

Alvarez and Gatmen in Trench Warz 18: Rock & Rumble on Dec. 12, 2014, where the latter completed a second-round victory via triangle choke to remain undefeated after two fights.

Independent fighter Andrew “Top Gun” Sablan will face Mark “The Dark” Nuique in the semi main event at 135 lbs.

Four K1 bouts, a form of kickboxing, will open up the night’s matches with UMA Guam’s Jayvin “The Prodigy” Santos battles Team Zalaka’s Denny Jepen, while C.J. “The Beast” Noket, also of UMA, takes on StrikeForce MMA’s Ken Santos in a 200-lb bout.

Albert “Baby Sanchai” Andrea of GMT will face Derick “Hot Shot” Naog of Team Zalaka and G-Force’s Phil David will meet Kier “The Radical Kid” Agda of TrenchTech/StrikForce.

Timothy Salas of Team Zalaka will try to test A.J. “Smalls” Alda of Trench Tech will kick off the scheduled nine mixed martial arts fights with Team Sonic’s T.J. Tudela going up against Luta Top Team/GroundFu’s Juan Lizama in the next bout.

Down2Scrap’s Jadrien “Bonbon” Camacho aims to bounce back from a first-round loss to A.J. Aldan in Rites of Passage 18: Warpath last July 3 when he clashes with VIDA BJJ’s Giovanni Taitingfong.

Justin “Ichi Banger” Quichocho will try to keep Guam Muay Thai’s banner flying high against TrenchTech’s Mike Muna with LutaTopTeam’s Keith “K Oz” Ogo aims to get the better of Jamaal “The Striker” Mresbang of Team StrikeForce.

Marianas Elite’s John Tudela battles GMT’s Khalil “K-Nunu” Toves, while Trench Tech’s Lucas “The Irish Zombie” Nutting hopes to follow up his third-round win over Tan Taisacan in Rites of Passage 17: Road to Glory when he takes on Jones Langy of RedAntsAcademy.

Raymond Castro of LutaTopTeam collides with Joe Lee of TrenchTech with Ryan Ngirbabul closing up the MMA event when he goes up against GMT’s Marc Vidaurri.
