Town House general manager John Smith said the store is similar to their branch in Guam, with a large inventory of brand name furniture and appliances to choose from, backed by the company’s strong product warranty.
“We carry appliances [for] residential and commercial use, including Amana, Maytag and General Electric appliances,” Smith said.
For electronics, television sets with the JVC brand and Yamaha AV products are also available.
“Yamaha music keyboards, guitars, pianos, and accessories are perfect for serious musicians and those just starting out,” he said.
Their bestsellers are dining room furniture of all sizes and shapes and new inventory are scheduled to arrive by next week.
Living room furniture with many sets and multiple recliners are available as well as bedroom sets and mattresses in twin, full, queen, Eastern king, California king sizes, and “gel memory” pillows.
Smith said that promotions are scheduled throughout November and December, including Black Friday specials on Nov. 27 and additional promotions in December.
“New inventory is arriving almost every week between now and the end of the year, as we look forward to serving the Saipan market this year, and continuing on for many years to come,” he said.
“Even the Aquarius [Beach Tower] Hotel is refurbishing some of their rooms with our furnishings,” he added.
If you’re looking to improve your home or office, Town House is now open from Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, Sunday from 10am to 4pm, and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
