TDI outgunned Joeten 2 in the first three quarters to build a 58-33 advantage and withstand Joeten’s rally in the fourth. Top Development scored 20-plius points in the opening period for a 22-13 lead and had 18 apiece in the second and third, while Joeten 2’s offense continued to drop, as it made only 11 and 9 markers.

Sean Rabasto led TDI with his 22 points, while Jerome Reyes added 12. Darwin Barbo and Raymond Velasco had 9 apiece.
John Paul Cruz paced Joeten 2 with his 20 points, making 11 of them in the final quarter in an attempt to help his team catch up with TDI, but his efforts fell short.
