Love Kennedy tickets can still be purchased for the 1pm and 3pm viewing. The movie will be screened at the Regal Theater on Nov. 26, with other scheduled showings at 11am and possibly at 5pm.

The movie stars Yvonne Bennett, a former celebrated athlete in the CNMI, and she will be on-island for the premiere of the movie, where she has a supporting role. Tickets are sold at $10.

“It is not sold out yet. Those who have pledged to purchase a ticket are encouraged to expedite the purchase of their tickets,” said a press release by Bennett’s parents, Ambrose and Lillian Bennett.

Love Kennedy is targeted for religious audiences. T.C. Christensen, director of 17 Miracles and Cokeville Miracle, directed the movie, which is a true story about Kennedy Hansen who is a funny, loving, and seems to be a typical child—until she inexplicably begins to fall.

It takes years for a diagnosis, which ends up being Juvenile Batten disease, an extremely rare, terrible, and terminal prognosis. There is no cure for Batten disease and after living only 16 years, Kennedy leaves behind a great legacy of love and friendship. But her story doesn’t end at her death—in fact, that’s when the miracles really begin.

If you believe in miracles you should see this movie. Please contact Ambrose M. Bennett who is listed in the phone book or email: ambrosebennett@yahoo.com. Thanks to all the people of the CNMI for supporting our daughter. (PR)
