Premier Hotel Group (Ken Real Estate Leasing Co., Ltd.), owner and operator of 32 hotels in Japan, mainland U.S., and Guam/Saipan announces the official grand opening of its newest top-class hotel in Guam “The Tsubaki Tower” on April 25, 2020.

Located on the cliff of Tumon Bay, leading to beautiful Gun Beach, The Tsubaki Tower is one of the highest hotels in Tumon. The resort offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while being at a walking distance of the Tumon city center, where duty-free shops and shopping facilities are located.

The Tsubaki Tower’s style has been inspired by the power of nature. The hotel’s sophisticated scenery echoes to contemporary luxury along with local landscapes. The hotel has been conceived to reflect Guam’s cosmopolite atmosphere together with its ancestral traditions and history. Influenced by both local art and nature, The Tsubaki Tower offers the absolute high-end environment.

All hotel rooms offer oceanfront views and are the largest standard rooms in Guam. The standard rooms start at 45 square meters with additional 13 square meters balconies. The resort also features two types of dining, three types of bars, a lobby lounge, a deli, a takeout cafe, as well as services unique in the Island, such as a 24-hour In-room dining with special menus created to be enjoyed on the Guestrooms balconies.

Rooms
The totality of The Tsubaki Tower’s rooms features an oceanfront view, offering spectacular landscapes over Tumon Bay from any guestrooms. Guests can relax in our sophisticated rooms designed to recall Guam’s sea. The standard room type “Camellia Room” measures 45 square meters, making the Tsubaki Tower rooms the largest standard room on Guam. All guestrooms feature a large balcony, a 65-inch smart TV, a complimentary minibar and a premium turndown service.

Milano Grill La Stella
Located on the very top of our hotel, the Milano Grill La Stella, meaning “the star” in Italian, was designed to recreate the atmosphere of a dinner under the starry sky of Guam. Our fine dining offers an exquisite Italian food experience with breathtaking views over the Pacific Ocean.

Buffet Restaurant Casa Oceano
Designed as a “diving experience under the ocean”, our buffet restaurant Casa Oceano, meaning “The Ocean’s house” in Spanish, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a elegant atmosphere. Our guests can enjoy various types of meals and flavors from Guam, as well as around the world. Casa Oceano also features 20 meters long open kitchen where our guests can enjoy high quality ingredients.

Fanhåleʻ Lobby Lounge
The Fanhale’ Lobby lounge (“to take roots” in Chamorro) is the ideal place to relax while looking at the ocean. Our lounge has been designed to gather people in a fresh atmosphere, surrounded by natural light. Guests can enjoy our original afternoon tea inspired by traditional sweets and beautified by the Japanese savoir-faire.

La Cantina
Meaning in “Wine Cave” in Italian, La Cantina offers a wide array of wines from all over the world. La Cantina also offers inventive cocktails and premium spirits and beers. Guests are invited to try on our legendary cocktails inspired by the local legends and myths. Located on 27th floor, La Cantina is the perfect place to admire the breathtaking views while drinking one of our specialty cocktail and listening to jazz or acoustic music while watching the island’s spectacular sunset.

Gadao Bar
Named in honor of Guam’s legend “Chief Gadao,” a famous chief who protected Guam’s villages, the Gadao bar serves a variety of drinks during the day and turns into a whiskey specialty bar at night. The Gadao is the perfect bar for guests who enjoy an intimate atmosphere or are liquor enthusiasts.

Nunu Bar
Nunu tree or “Taotaomo’na tree” in Chamorro, are traditionally known for being the homes of the ancestors spirits of the Chamorro people. Our guests are invited to enjoy Guam under their protection and guidance. The Nunu bar is the most casual bar of the hotel serving cocktails, drinks, smoothies and snacks in a relaxed ambiance. Enjoy cocktails while seating at the bar or relaxing on our sofas or refreshing on our exclusive immerged pool chairs. The experience will become even more special during the evening when guests can be entertained by our fountain show and while enjoy the night pool.

Infinity Pool
A 420sqm beautifully designed infinity pool overlooking Tumon Bay. Guest can experience boundlessness relaxing between the water and the sky.

The Garden plaza is home of various activities such as evening cinema and garden parties or morning yoga.

Sky Wedding
Our outdoor chapel is located on the 27th floor. Fantastic wedding ceremony can be performed in a heavenly atmosphere.
