Thank you
On behalf of Admiral Herbert G. Hopwood Middle School staff, parents, and PTSA, and most importantly our 900 students, we would like to say “thank you yan si yu’us ma’asse” for your all your kind donations in instructional materials and school supplies for our students. It is truly an honor to have individuals like you and organizations within our community that cares so much about our wellbeing, our school, and our students at a time. In the wake of Typhoon Soudelor, we have become closer as a community to help our families cope with the many issues and challenges that they are faced with today. Your partnership with us is highly commended and appreciated.
We are fortunate to have received several donations of school supplies and instructional materials through purchase orders from Reps. Blas Jonathan Attao, Edwin Propts, Edmund Villagomez, and Angel Demapan. We also received donations from various organizations: American Red Cross, Stay Well, IT&E, Karidat, Lions Club, Rotary Club, United 4 Saipan, Eileen B. Skilling from Hawaii, and the Hopwood Middle School PTSA. All donations were documented and submitted to the Commissioner of Education and Finance Department for accountability.
For your information, our students and staff are very happy with the donations that you provided us. Your donations truly brightened them with big smiles in appreciation for the gifts that you all provided them.
We will be sharing information about the donations with our PTSA members so they too can be informed about the great support that you all did to help the school. We sent a bulletin to all of our parents informing them about our school activities and other important reminders and we did mention the donations provided by four of our representatives.
Thank you for making Students First!
