Thank you Joseph Pangelinan and David Sablan

Every person on Saipan needs to get the Wednesday, May 28, edition of the papers and carefully read Mr. Pangelinan’s opinion on Article 12, especially his third paragraph. Those lucky few, very few, that had beachfront or other desirable land and leased it for hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars back in the heydays have spent the past 20 years or so using that money to prey on their fellow NMDs in the guise of “helping my fellow citizens.” They hear about a family’s misfortune and swoop down with a lowball bid for their land. You know who you are and you are not astute or clever businessmen; you are exploiters of the worst kind. When you Chamorros and Carolinians find yourselves homeless and on the street, don’t expect any help from these despicable people, or their kids, many of whom will be in charge of things. Every single NMD that still has any land left, please listen to Mr. Pangelinan and Mr. Sablan. Thank you, David, for your article last week.
