Teodoro is honored for patriotic support of the Guard and Reserve

BARRIGADA, Guam—Giovanni Teodoro, project manager of Chugach Consolidated Solutions Construction Guam, received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award for the extraordinary support he has demonstrated to his employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.
The award was presented to Teodoro by the Guam-CNMI ESGR State Committee during a “Lunch with the Boss” employer event hosted by ESGR on Feb. 23, 2022, at Dusit Thani Guam. Teodoro was nominated by Sgt. Abrianna Villanueva, who is serving the U.S. Army Reserve.
ESGR is a Department of Defense program that develops and promotes supportive work environments for service members in the National Guard and Reserve through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws. ESGR also provides assistance in resolving conflicts between service members and their employers. (PR)
