Temporary hours for CUC Customer Center

In light of the amendments to the Second Amended Executive Order 2020-04. Directive 14, the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. adjusted the business hours of its Customer Center effective yesterday, March 25, 2020, until further notice:

-Cashier/Payments: Monday to Friday: 8am to 1pm
-Customer Service: Monday to Friday: 8am to 1pm

The Customer Center will only be entertaining critical transactions from its customers as follows:

1. Payment and token purchases
2. Reconnections (existing connections)
3. Prepay meter applications (for online/web-based meters)
4. Termination of service(s)
CUC reminds its customers to follow the COVID-19 prevention measures when entering the Customer Center as this was put in place to protect our customers and our employees. (PR)
