3. Prepay meter applications (for online/web-based meters)
4. Termination of service(s)
CUC is also encouraging its customer to exercise “social distancing” as recommended by the Commonwealth Health Care Corp. and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Upon entering the CUC Customer Center, customers are expected to adhere to a 6-foot distance between each other. All customers will be assisted by a CUC employee from a window. There will be no assistance provided from the customer booths for that matter.
Only 10 customers at a time will be allowed inside the CUC Customer Center or as permitted at the CUC Rota and Tinian branches to transact necessary business. Customers are asked to hand-sanitize upon entering the center. Do not arrive with other members of your family or friends that will not be transacting business with CUC. They will not be permitted inside.
You could also pay your bill at a Bank of Guam, Bank of Saipan, and Bank of Hawaii branch. However, CUC encourages you to stay at home and make your payment online by visiting CUC’s website at www.cucgov.org or pay by phone by calling toll free 1-855-729-2282 (1-855-PAY2CUC). Partial payments are now accepted online and by phone and there are no fees to use these services at this time. A debit or credit card is required. (PR)
