Talk is cheap: Part II

Share

I read the comments about the Democrats’ CW plan and it was obvious the other candidates sent out their assassins to try and kill the idea before voters can even be educated about the plan. I’m just glad many voters are not so naïve as the commenters clearly don’t know what they are talking about.

FYI, the Democrats acknowledged in the plan that the CNMI cannot function without CWs so stop putting lies in their plan, which is simply to help as many youth to get jobs as possible. One person complains that our youth will be doing everything, from construction work and casino dealers to security, hotel workers, housekeeping, and the numerous ancillary support services in administrative capacity. So what is wrong with our youth learning these jobs when all of these jobs lead to supervisory and upper level jobs and careers if they work hard? But if we follow the idiot thinking, our youth may never even get a chance to work in the CNMI when a CW is keeping them out of the job market. This person even accused our youth of being corrupt dealers just to keep CWs employed—only an idiot would believe this Ralph Nader alias who obviously doesn’t give a darn about our youth’s future.

The idea by one commenter that our small and limited trade school is supposed to prepare an entire workforce is absolutely ridiculous! More importantly, none of the other gubernatorial teams even have a plan to put our youth to work out of high school, so they are supporting a do-nothing plan and a do-nothing candidate. I’m sure they don’t know that the CW transition plan is a researched-based, tried-and-proven method for the mass training of youth to perform an array of jobs. None of them are even close to being right about the plan as they are all just running their mouth to try and help their rooters win because talk is cheap.

I can assure readers—just like I have made the many predictions in the past that have come to fruition—that the Democrats will make this plan a reality if elected. So for the sake of our youth please don’t follow someone on the sidelines that obviously don’t have the slightest idea of what needs to be done. Someone calling himself Angelo O’Connor Villagomez even wants to give the transition job to Kilili when Kilili works in Washington on national legislation, not on the CNMI’s transition plans and legislation! These unknown people haven’t done a darn thing themselves to help our youth or the CNMI, just running their mouth with cheap talk.

As for the one who thinks the plan will be met with protest by the FLSA, they are also making an uninformed assessment. FYI, Bananarepublic670, students who enter the transition workforce plan will be volunteers and people can volunteer for any kind of work in America and students will only need their parents’ approval to volunteer for the program. It is obvious the Democrats did think this through but the naysayers will try to use any excuse they can to try and kill the competition to help their rooters who is not going to do a darn thing for our youth. The Democrats are the only one with a real plan to help our youth and the education system to fulfill a workforce need that is being dictated by federal law. They made all those negative comments and didn’t offer one solution for our youth with their cheap talk! Voters can listen to and follow the cheap talkers but the Democrats are proposing real action, so vote Democrat to hell with the cheap talk.

The Public School System just recently complained about how the present administration failed to support PSS’ tourist industry training plan for our youth. The NMC regents also went on record last week complaining about the need for NMC to do more in training our youth for the workforce. These complainers obviously don’t know what’s happening and don’t care as long as their rooter wins at the expense of our youth and their future. Presently, the majority of our youth don’t even have a prayer for getting a job in the CNMI after graduation, so voters please don’t listen to the cheap talk.
