Suspected ‘ice’ supplier pleads not guilty

A suspected distributor of methamphetamine who allegedly sold 100 grams of “ice” has entered a not guilty plea in Superior Court.

Biyu Hu, 35, a female but known as Brother, pleaded not guilty on Monday to the amended information charging her with four counts of drug trafficking and four counts of illegal possession.

Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho set a status conference for Aug. 8 at 9am.

Assistant public defender Nancy Dominski served as counsel for Hu.

Hu was arrested in Dandan in May for allegedly selling 100 grams of “ice” worth $40,000 to $50,000 during “buy-walk operations” on Saipan.
