The Social Security Administration continues to provide services to the public through its online services and phone services, but is unable to accept in-person visitors to local offices at this time.

On Saipan, the Social Security Administration office is located at the MH II Building, Suite 201 at the Marina Heights Business Park but is closed to the public for in-person service.

To contact, call 1-855-616- 6449; TTY: 1-800-325-0778; Fax: 1-833-902-2610. A field office representative is available to take calls Monday through Friday, from 8am to 3pm.

If you are requesting a new, replacement or corrected Social Security Card,  complete an application and mail it to your local Social Security office with the required documents.  All documents submitted must be either originals or copies certified by the issuing agency. SSA cannot accept photocopies or notarized copies.  All documents must be current (not expired).  Social Security will return the original documents as soon as possible.  If original documents or copies certified by the issuing agency are not provided, the application will be denied and a new application will be required with original documents.
