Rotary McFun Run Feb. 21
Rotary Club of Saipan and McDonald’s will hold the 1025 Rotary McFun Run on Feb. 21. The event has two courses, 5K and 10K. Both races will start at Micro Beach with the shorter one having a turnaround at 13 Fishermen Monument and the longer course at Char’s Mart near the old Hakubotan Duty Free. Registration starts at 5:30am, while the race kicks off at 6:15am. Registration is $10 per student (17-and- under) and $15 per adult. Participants will get free shirts, refreshments, and raffle prizes. Awards will also be given to top finishers. Registration forms are now available at McDonald’s Garapan and Middle Road. Proceeds from the event will go to Rotary’s plan of putting up a family park in Kagman. (PR)

Softball fundraiser meeting Feb. 12
A softball tournament will be held from Feb. 13 to 15 at the Capital Hill Ballfield. Interested teams are requested to attend a 6pm meeting on Feb. 12 at the beach house at the back of McDonald’s Garapan. The event is co-ed and will implement a double-round robin format.
