MOTHER’S DAY 2016

For the special woman in our lives

Share

Superwoman and Wonder Woman maybe fictional characters in comic books and movies, but this could describe how mothers are in our lives. She’s an all-around lady, juggling a number of things but still finds time to be with her family.

She wears many hats—doctor, nurse, teacher, driver, gardener, cook, and counselor. These and more are the many jobs our moms do in out lives.

Below are just a few suggestions that we could give as a treat to our mom, nana, inay, mommy, nanay, inang, nanang, or okaasan this weekend:

Say it with flowers
Start the day with a fresh shower of flowers—placed at her bedside as she wakes up—beautifully arranged either at Design Florist or at New Paradise Florist, which have special Mother’s Day promos.

Design Florist has flowers that can be arranged in crystal or ceramic vases; or keep the fire of her devotion burning with religious figures that would remind her of her faith. They also sell native products and other gift items that you can give to your mom.

Design Florist is located at the Cabrera Center in Beach Road, Garapan. They are open from 8:30am to 6pm Mondays through Saturdays, and 9am to 12nn every Sunday. For more information, call 234-5593 or 235-8572

You could also buy flowers at New Paradise Florist and choose from three Mother’s Day special arrangement promos.

Option A will have six fully bloomed roses with mini roses in a glass vase or you could try Option B-—toys, chocolate, and a Happy Mother’s Day balloon and pick in a glass vase. A dozen roses, stuffed toys, chocolates, and HMD balloon and pick are for Option C.

They also have tulips, orchids, lucky bamboo, fruit and wine basket, gift basket, roses that comes in different packaging, and HMD balloons either in mylar or latex.
