SOS Mix Blood Shooters II, Try Luck lead divisions

(Contributed Photo)  SOS Bar & Grill’s Mix Blood Shooters II and Jonny’s Bar & Grill’s Try Luck are the current frontrunners of their respective Saipan Electronic Dart Association A and Ladies divisions after Monday’s matchups.

SOS downed Sand Juvy Restaurant’s Predators (20-31), 12-5, on the road to improve to a win-loss record of 31-20. However, the current A division leader clings to the top spot by just one game over Bammy’s Restaurant & Bar’s Bud Brothers.

Bud Brothers defeated VFW Post 3457’s Primos (24-27), 10-7, at home and Naked Fish Bar & Grill’s third-ranked Naked Fish Boyz (29-22) triumphed over SOS 101 Proofers (24-27), 10-7, in a road match.

Meanwhile, A division results include Bammy’s Sabalu Boys (25-26) edging out sister team Celebrity (21-30), 9-8, in a home game.

Notables include a 170 High-In by Primos’ Jeff Pangelinan and a 107 High-Out by Bud Brothers’ Ernie Domingo.

Among the Ladies’ defending champions Try Luck continues to flex its muscles and maintained a four-game lead atop the division with a 12-3 victory over Bammy’s Momes’l Mei (23-22); Try Luck improved to 33-12.

VFW’s second-ranked B52 Shooters trampled the SOS’s Daarty Deedz (10-35), 13-2, at home to remain as the only rival in Try Luck’s range.

Kudos to 19th Hole Bar & Grill’s last-ranked Team Reapers for upsetting Joe’s Steakhouse’s Daffodils (22-23),10-5 on the road, while Naked Fish’s third-ranked Man Amigas (17-13) and Joe’s Just Like That (14-16) rescheduled their matchup.

Ladies’ notables include a 154 High In by Try Luck’s reigning league MVP Aida Laniyo and a 146 High Out by teammate Matrina Lisua.
