‘Social distancing’ enforced at CUC Customer Center
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. has implemented “social distancing” as recommended by the Commonwealth Health Care Corp. and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at its Customer Center, encouraging and expecting customers to adhere to a six-feet distance between each other. All customers will be assisted by a CUC employee from a window. There will be no assistance provided from the customer booths for that matter.
Only 10 customers at a time will be allowed inside CUC’s Customer Center or as permitted at the CUC Rota and Tinian branches to transact necessary business. Customers will also be asked to hand sanitize upon entering the center.
Please do not arrive with other members of your family or friends that will not be transacting business with CUC. They will not be allowed inside.
CUC encourages you to make your payment online at CUC’s website, www.cucgov.org, or at Bank of Guam, Bank of Saipan, and Bank of Hawaii branch. You can also pay by phone by calling toll free 1-855-729-2282 (1-855-PAY2CUC). Partial payments are now accepted online or by phone and there are no fees at this time. A debit or credit card is required. (PR)
