A small craft advisory remains in effect in the CNMI until 6am Thursday.

Based on the information received from the National Weather Service in Tiyan, Guam, and compiled at the CNMI Emergency Operations Center State Warning Point, northeast winds of 20 to 25 knots and seas of 8 to 11 feet will be present in Marianas coastal waters through 6am Thursday.

Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in these hazardous conditions. (PR)
