Skywalker donates drinks to clearing crews
In addition to the donation of some of the tents used during the Liberation Day Festival to non-profit organizations for use in the recovery efforts, Skywalker Communications Group has begun distributing cases of Gatorade drinks to the “heroes” who have been working day and night to restore the island of Saipan after the onslaught of Typhoon Soudelor.

“The aftermath of Typhoon Soudelor brought our community to its knees. It not only damaged homes, it also damaged the spirits of our people,”said Dr. Hu Bo, managing director of the Skywalker Communications Group. “These heroes came out, braved the rain, the hot sun, and risked their lives and limbs just to start the process of restoring our island home. For that, we can’t thank them enough. These heroes are the reason we are ‘Saipan Strong.’”
