After a long day at work, hang out at the Sichuan Restaurant in Garapan, where people can avail of ice-cold beer, delicious food, and an al fresco ambiance that’s tough to beat.
“We want people to enjoy our beer and our delicious food prepared and cooked by our executive chef Chan Hai Song. We understand that after a whole day’s work, people are tired and they are looking for a place to unwind,” said Lucy Guo, assistant vice president for Hospitality & Affairs of Imperial Pacific International CNMI.
Sichuan opened its balcony to customers—a great addition to the color and bustling life of Garapan.
“With our cheap beer and delicious food combination, this is the one that they are looking for,” Guo said.
Sichuan Restaurant offers beer at $4 a bottle, with a 50-percent local discount. Happy hour starts at 5pm. From Friday to Saturday, the restaurant is open from 5pm to 3am, while from Sunday to Thursday it is open from 5pm to 1am.
Bar food includes bar chow favorites such as barbecue lamb stick, barbecue beef stick, and barbecue shrimp stick. “We use the meat’s natural flavors and add little amount of spices,” Guo said.
People can also expect their favorite Chinese dishes such as fried dumplings, fried spring rolls, and fried wanton.
The new additions to the bar chow are the garlic octopus and tuna poke.
“People have requested for that because they are popular dishes on the island,” Guo said.
