Shirley’s Coffee Shop once again served as one of the food vendors in Northern Marianas College’s Charter Day celebrations last May 4.

It was the sixth straight year that the local restaurant took part in the celebration of the college’s founding and it was happy to announce that sales were up 20 percent during the occasion.

Among the food Shirley’s Coffee Shop offered during the event were fried chicken, its famous fried rice, palabok, caldereta, siomai, barbecue, broccoli, dinuguan, menudo, grilled mahi, and beefsteak.

Shirley’s Coffee Shop participated in the Charter Day celebration not only to promote its business to the islands’ lone community college but also to promote and support NMC.

Founded in 1983, Shirley’s Coffee Shop has been serving the best of Chamorro, Filipino, and American cuisines in generous servings on Saipan and in Guam. (PR)
