All set for Lions Clubs Health Fair
The Lions Clubs International, District 204, Region 2 will hold its annual Health Fair this Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, from 8am to 12pm at the Joeten Daidai Social Hall of the Mt. Carmel Cathedral in Chalan Kanoa.
The health fair is open to the public. The services include blood pressure testing, sugar/glucose testing, vision screening, eye pressure test, diabetes awareness campaign, cancer awareness and general health awareness. Reading glasses will also be given away on a first-come-first-serve-basis only or while supplies last. For those who will avail the sugar/glucose test you are required to fast prior to the check up. These services will be provided by volunteers from CHC Nurses, NMC Nursing Club, Hardt Eye Clinic, and the Guam Marianas Lions Club.
Donors and sponsors of the health fair are Brabu Pharmacy & Wellness Center, PHI Pharmacy, TSL Foundation, Lion Joe Digno of Graphics, Lion Nelida Atalig of Don Pedro Restaurant, Saipan Unity Lions Club, Zone Chair Lion Mario C. Mayuga, Lion Eli Arago, Region 2 PRO Lion Annamae Adaza, Region Chair Lion Ladyvir Canape, Region 2 Safety Officer Lion Jhun Canape and family and Lion Tess Talens.

These LCI-D204 Region 2 Lions Clubs is composed of the Saipan Fil-American Lions Club, Saipan Marianas Lions Club, Saipan Unity Lions Club, Tinian Marianas Lions Club and Rota Marianas Lions Club.
District officials from Guam will join the medical mission headed by District Governor Daniel Yang, 2nd Vice District Governor Linda Tolan and other Guam Lions clubs members.
