The Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority is urging veterans, service members, and military families to try out their Call-a-Ride Saipan transportation services.

“You served our country, now let us serve you! This is our way of saying thank you to America’s military community for their tremendous service,” said COTA in media release.

COTA’s “One Call, One Click” initiative hopes to connect America’s military community to the opportunities they deserve. The program was created by the Veterans Transportation and Community Living Initiative to help veterans, service members, and military families bridge the transportation gap. It assists communities to expand access to local transportation options.

COTA vehicles can drop off and pick up door-to-door or curb-to-curb, based on vehicle accessibility. It is available for transporting to health care, work, recreation, education, shopping, friends and family, and others.

COTA is open from 8am to 8pm,, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays it is open from 9am to 4pm and closed on Sundays and holidays.
