From Oct. 14 to 16, Serenity Salon & Spa in Garapan will once again offer their “buy one service to get one-half price off for every second service purchased” promotion as a show of appreciation to all customers.

Nenita Ta, who established the business in 2005 with husband Ta Bun Kuy, said the promotion applies to all salon and spa services, including massage, body scrub, hair treatment, waxing, and nail care.

“We want all our clients to know that we are overwhelmed by their support and loyalty in the six years we’ve been on the business,” Ta told Saipan Tribune. “Without them, Serenity Salon & Spa wouldn’t enjoy the success that it does today.”

Despite the economic downturn and continued outflow of CNMI residents, Ta said that their clientele base has remained strong with the help of both regular and new customers.

“I believe that our secret to success is that Serenity Salon & Spa is always known for its high standards of service. Our competent and friendly staff are also committed to fostering a relationship with our customers to make them feel at home. We know what the customers like and we ensure that they get that in every visit,” she said.

For their anniversary, Serenity Salon & Spa will also offer their selection of popular packages with prices ranging from $55 to $200 to make pampering even more affordable.

Serenity Salon & Spa’s anniversary is also marked with the launching of additional services that customers can enjoy.

For those who want to enhance their eyes, Serenity Salon & Spa is the first on island to offer Latisse, the eyelash enhancement drug approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, for just $150 per set.

Customers who want to unwind and feel refreshed can now avail of their Hot Stone massage, a welcome addition to Serenity Salon & Spa’s massage line choices.

Ta disclosed that they are poised to launch additional services such as the IPL or permanent hair removal, a non-surgical liposuction treatment, as well as whitening treatment.

All these are in addition to their Diamond Peel service, the fast and pain-free non-surgical skin exfoliation treatment for customers who want to keep their skin young-looking.

As an added bonus, Ta said they plan to hold a raffle draw that would give away hundreds worth of free services as prizes.

Every customer who avails of the BOGO promotion gets a raffle coupon for a chance to win the third prize, Package G, which includes Anti-Aging Facial, Diamond Peel, and Hair Spa Treatment valued at $55; second prize is Package C, which includes the three services plus Body Scrub with Honey Body Polish valued at $80; and the grand prize of Package A worth $100 and includes the four services plus manicure/pedicure.

Other consolation prizes will be given away during the raffle draw on Sunday.

“At Serenity Salon & Spa, we do not compromise quality over price. What we do is we try to minimize our overhead so we keep the same prices and avoid weighing down our customers with the impact of problems such as high utility costs,” said Ta.

She urged the public to visit Serenity Salon & Spa and avail of their anniversary deals and discounts. “We assure you of customer satisfaction in every visit and sustain high quality in all services that we offer.”
