Tarkong also denied rumors in the community that there was a body found in Garapan over the weekend.

Zhao’s husband, Guang Zhe Xuan, 45, told Saipan Tribune last night that he is sad that until now police could not find his wife. He said he is still hoping that she is still alive.

Xuan said with what happened to his wife, he is still thinking about his plan for their dive shop that they had just opened in Gualo Rai.

The couple owns Go Pro Diving on Tinian and Saipan. They established the shop on Tinian many years ago.

Xuan said he does not know the identity of the businessman who is offering a $100,000 cash reward for tip on finding Zhao alive. He appealed again to anyone who has information about his wife to call the police.

Zhao’s last communication with Xuan was last Oct. 19. At that time, Xuan was on Tinian while his wife was reportedly in Gualo Rai after she had just finished diving excursion with customers.

Xuan was reported missing the following day. Zhao’s Toyota Tacoma was found by her friends the following day, Oct. 20, parked behind Joker’s Bar in Garapan.
