Seafood galore at Cajun Sea-Fest
Tuesdays and Thursdays are special days at Aqua Resort Club Saipan. That’s when the hotel resort holds its Cajun Sea-Fest—a feast of the best and freshest seafood cooked Cajun style.
Customers get to choose which seafood combo bag they want. The bag’s contents can range from the Shrimp Combo Bag, which is good for two for only $65, to the Deluxe Lobster Combo Bag, which is good for two for only $95. In between is the Crab Combo Bag, which is good for two for only $80.
Each Combo Bag is served with a trio of sauces: Creole tomato sauce, finadene, and melted butter.
For side dishes, order their basket of Cajun seasoned fries, bowl of coleslaw, and snow crab cluster. Extra orders of scrumptious seafood like jumbo tiger prawns and whole Maine red lobster are also available.
After the combo choice is steamed in a bag of mouthwatering Cajun spices, it is shaken up and poured onto the table that is covered in plastic. Customers each get a bib and are let loose on the pile of food.
Each order comes with a choice of either a bucket of ice-cold Bud family beer or a pitcher of specialty soft drinks such as classic lemonade, blue lemonade, pink lemonade, or sweet southern tea. If you are still thirsty, an additional bucket of beer is only $16, while an additional pitcher of softdrink is only $8.
Children (ages 5-10) can also get their own combo called the Fish & Chips basket that has breaded mahi mahi served with Cajun seasoned French fries. This comes with a mason jar of lemonade and vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl topped with yummy caramel sauce for only $16.
Apple turnovers topped with vanilla ice cream caps off this delicious feast.
