The popularity of the monthly training seminars offered by the Saipan Chamber of Commerce in 2015 has prompted a new partnership. For 2016, the chamber will co-sponsor with Island Training Solutions to provide three-hour workshops on customer service, motivation and attitude, time management, sales and relationship building, and supervisory skills. These topics are sure to enhance the image of your business as your employees increase their ability to provide top level service.

The first seminar, “Fill’er Up!” With Excellence, is a customer service workshop. Is your customer service the best is can be? Would you like some easy-to-implement concepts that will help you attract and retain customers? If so, this seminar is for you! Start the New Year with a new attitude toward customer service. This interactive seminar, presented by feature speaker Jim Arenovski, will elevate your business’s customer service by teaching concepts for personal and business success.

Two sessions of this seminar will be offered. The morning session is already sold out but space is available for a repeat session in the afternoon from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. The cost per attendee is $50; chamber members receive a $10 discount.
